Jenny holds the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, a global standard of excellence in real estate investment analysis. She currently serves as President of the CCIM Chapter of Alaska, demonstrating her leadership and dedication to industry advancement.

Andy Palomares is the Operations Manager at Elevate Commercial, where he leverages his diverse background to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran with eight years of service, Andy brings discipline, strategic thinking, and a mission-driven approach to the commercial real estate industry.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a concentration in Property Management and Real Estate at the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA), Andy is committed to continuous learning and professional development. His dedication has been recognized through his selection as a 2025 Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Student Leader , and as a participant in UAA's Tom Case Leadership Fellows program, where he gained valuable insights into nonprofit board governance through a mentorship with Alaska Public Media.
Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, Andy is a licensed real estate agent and an active member of the Weidner Property Management and Real Estate Club at UAA. His passion for real estate is deeply rooted in his desire to help others achieve financial freedom and build generational wealth. As a husband and father of five, Andy's commitment to family and faith serves as the foundation for his work ethic and dedication to serving the Alaska community.
